WHERE DO YOU DELIVER TO?

 

We deliver to all addresses on mainland UK. At the present time we do not deliver to other areas.

 

DELIVERY PROCEDURE

 

Upon receipt of your order we will email an acknowledgement along with a delivery day/date. You may need to check your junk/spam folder just in case. If this day/date is not acceptable, please reply by return so we can arrange further. We will NOT despatch until a day/date has been agreed.

We aim to despatch within four working days of receipt of order.

 

It is the customers responsibility to ensure their name, address, postcode and email address is correct. It is helpful to include a telephone number in case our courier needs to contact you.

 

It is also the customers responsibility to be home to receive their order. If you know you are likely to be out then please designate a safe place or trusted neighbour where your parcel(s) can be left, Instructions can be left in the message to seller box at checkout or by direct email to [email protected] as we will not accept liability for spoilt goods due no-one bbeing available to accept delivery.

 

 

Goods will be delivered by our trusted courier APC on an overnight, next day delivery service. On the day of delivery you will receive an email with tracking details and a two hour delivery slot. Should you wish to track your parcel(s) yourself, you can visit;    

www.apc.overnight.com and use the tracking details provided.

Savoury items and desserts will be sent in temperature controlled packaging.

 

PROBLEMS WITH DELIVERY

 

In the unlikely event you should not receive your delivery on time or it becomes damaged in transit then please notify us within 24 hours of this happening. We will then take further

action to remedy this or rearrange your delivery with you (at our expense)

 

In the case of a serious weather event (snow, floods etc), it may be necessary to postpone your delivery.This would be at the recommendation of the courier to avoid late or non-delivery.  In this case we will contact you by email to rearrange delivery or refund of order whichever is preferred.

DELIVERY CHARGES

 

Delivery is charged at £6.95 for up to 15kg. Anything over 15kg will be charged as a second parcel.

We do not make any profit from delivery charges.
